STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payment

It is possible to pay with Paypal or if you are in Canada with Interac email transfer. The credit cards are accepted through Paypal. Please contact us for any other payment method.

Cancellation

All Canceled Orders will be charged a 10% cancellation fee if the order has not been shipped, but is already in the processing stage. If an order is canceled after shipment, you will need to go through our Return process (see below).

Sales tax

Perfect Tuning is required to collect sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within Canada based on the zone being shipped to. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped out of the country.

Expeditions

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking.

If your country is not available in the shipping cart or if you would like another shipping method, do not hesitate to contact us at sales@perfecttuning.net.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees do not include duty or other fees if the shipping address is outside of Canada. 

Returns

*** BEFORE ANY RETURN, YOU MUST CONTACT US AT SUPPORT@PERFECTTUNING.NET TO GET AN RMA AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ***

Without an RMA number, the package will be refused.

We have a strict 30 days return policy, and only brand new unused, and unwrapped items can be returned. All returns of products sent back to Perfect Tuning may include up to a 20% restock fee. All returns must include the original, undamaged packaging the product was originally shipped with. Specially ordered items are non-refundable and can not be returned. 

Typographical Errors

If a Perfect Tuning product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Perfect Tuning reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Perfect Tuning reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Perfect Tuning shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Limitation of Liability

Perfect Tuning shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Perfect Tuning has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Out-of-stock items:

We do our very best to always have what you want in stock, however, it is not always possible. If an item you have ordered is not currently available, we will contact you and offer you one of the following alternatives: (1) We can backorder the item and send it as soon as it’s available; (2) You can select a substitute item; or (3) We can remove the item from your order and issue a store credit or refund.


  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable immediately, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, PT Mecanique (Perfect Tuning) reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 20% of the sum remaining due. PT Mecanique (Perfect Tuning) will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than 45 days after the due payment date, PT Mecanique (Perfect Tuning) reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can PT Mecanique (Perfect Tuning) become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to PT Mecanique (Perfect Tuning) in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. PT Mecanique (Perfect Tuning) undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. PT Mecanique (Perfect Tuning) cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, PT Mecanique (Perfect Tuning) must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Canada law.
